What does the ‘prohibited’ symbol signify on the main dashboard?

Published March 02, 2021

On the main dashboard, a blue dot on the ‘prohibited’ symbol (circle with a line through it) in the line of a given Sender signifies that there is a domain-level block setting enabled for the root domain associated with this particular Sender. This can either apply to emails from all Senders at a given domain or pop-up notifications for our browser extension. By clicking on the block symbol for a Sender you can see what the settings are on the domain and make adjustments as needed. Note that if you opt to block emails across a given domain, it will negate any Allow or Filter settings currently enabled for that given Sender.
