If I need to reset an account password or verify my email and I’ve used my lockrMail email address, will I be able to do so?

Published February 02, 2021

Yes – these verification or reset emails will come through to your lockrMail and depending on your settings, will forward along to your selected Destination Email address. When you receive the email, you can click the reset or verification links and they will still function properly. If you have all emails blocked for a given Sender, a Filter enabled, or AutoBlock turned on, we have a setting called Account Verification which will ensure that any account verification or password reset emails are still delivered. By default this is toggled on under Settings, though you can turn it off and can also disable it by domain on the Domains page. In the event this setting is turned off, or an email bypasses the coded filter criteria for this functionality, may need to open your lockrMail dashboard and view recently blocked emails for the Sender, manually delivering the relevant message by clicking the deliver icon.
