I switched a brand account to my lockrMail email address, but I’m still receiving their newsletters to my personal email. What should I do?

Sometimes brands can take several days to update their email lists, including purging old emails. Within a week or so, you should stop receiving the duplicate email, but if you’d like to expedite the process, you can unsubscribe to the emails from your personal or work email. You’re already receiving all the offers and news to your lockrMail email, so you don’t have to worry about missing anything!
