If an email is delivered that you believe should have been blocked by your Filter settings, simply select “Flag Filter Error” in the lockrMail email wrapper (at the top of the email) and our team will investigate. We are continuously working to improve the logic for our pre-set Filters and appreciate your patience as we refine them!
