How can I add or edit domain level settings?

Published March 02, 2021

There are two ways to add or edit domain level settings. The first option is to navigate to the Domains page. From here you can add domains and enable settings, or expand the settings for each existing domain and make adjustments to your blocks for emails, browser pop-ups, etc.. If you like, you can select “Unblock All” and it will remove all settings for that domain (it will also remove it from your list as only domains with active settings appear here). You also have the option to use the bulk action menu at the top of the domain list.

The second way to add or edit domain level settings is from the dashboard: select the block icon for a given Sender. On desktop, you will be directed to the Domains page; on mobile, a modal will pop-up with the domain name and drop downs to select or edit existing domain-level settings. Simply make your selections or adjustments and hit Save.
