Can I preemptively block emails from all Senders at a given root domain?

Published March 02, 2021

You can proactively block all senders across a given domain (even before a specific sender sends an email to your lockrMail email address) by adjusting settings on the Domains page. Simply add the root domain that you’d like to block into this list and click on the down arrow on the far right ⌄. Two rows will appear – the first will allow you to preemptively block all emails from this root domain. Select the button to the right of the row and choose your desired block time. From this screen, you can also opt to block pop-ups for this root domain on the Google Chrome extension (if you have the extension installed and are signed into your account) or account verification and password reset emails.

Once a domain is blocked for all emails (or for pop-up notifications), a blue dot will appear on the block symbol on the main dashboard screen next to any Senders that share that root domain. By clicking this block symbol from the dashboard screen, you will be able to view and edit the block settings or navigate to the Domains page.
