You are not able to undo an “unsubscribe” action in the lockrScan dashboard. The best way to handle this would be to navigate to the brand website and re-subscribe. We recommend using your lockrMail email alias to re-subscribe so you have more control over the types of emails you receive from businesses.
You are able to undo the lockrArchive action in the lockrScan dashboard. Simply click the lockrArchive button again to undo, or select Un-Archive in the batch menu when multiple Archived Senders are selected. New emails from companies that are are un-archived will show up in your primary inbox.
