How should I use the Groups feature?

The primary purpose of the Groups feature is to allow you to organize your Senders list on the main dashboard. By creating custom groupings of Senders you will be able to sort and apply bulk actions across these Groups. 

Once you create your first Group, you will now have the option to select one of these Groups under the “View Options” menu on the main dashboard. When you select a Group under the “View Options” menu, only the Senders in that Group will populate in the Sender list below. You will then be able to select all of these Senders using the checkbox at the top of the list and apply bulk settings accordingly. Note that you will only be allowed to apply bulk actions across selected Senders that do not have a live Filter enabled. If one of the selected Senders does have a Filter enabled, you will need to either deselect that Sender or remove that Sender’s Filter before you can continue.
