Click on the menu on the top right hand corner of your dashboard screen and select ‘Settings.’ Under ‘Emails’ you will see ‘Set Delivery Hours.’ Toggle this setting on and a modal will appear. Select either ‘ongoing’ or a specific date range for your custom delivery settings. Then select the time range you would like email delivery to occur for each day of the week. If you do not select delivery hours for one of the days, no emails will be delivered on that day. Note that hours are in your preferred time zone, so be sure to adjust your time zone under ‘Account’ if needed. On the ‘Excluded’ tab in the modal, you have the option to exclude certain Senders from these set hours – meaning that emails from the ‘excluded’ Senders will deliver immediately regardless of the time (so long as you have that Sender set to Allow or a Filter enabled).
