To create a Digest, log-in to your lockrMail account and click on ‘Digest’ in the top right hand corner. Click the blue ‘Add New’ button. You can either select to create a Digest from scratch or from a pre-existing Group (if you have Groups set-up). When creating a Digest from scratch – enter the digest name, description, destination email, how often you’d like it delivered and when. You also have the option to set an end date for your Digest if you would only like it delivered for a set period of time. Once all details are filled in, click Save and you can start adding Senders to your Digest.
When creating a Digest from a Group, you must also select the Group you are creating the Digest from and this will pre-populate the Senders. You will be able to add additional Senders to the Digest or remove some Group Senders if you like. The Digest and Group do not maintain a connection after the initial set-up – this is merely a streamlined way to add related Senders to a Digest.
Once all Senders are added to your Digest, click Save. From there you will be prompted to adjust the dashboard settings for these Senders. If you prefer to limit the delivery of Sender emails to the Digest, we do recommend, setting all the Digest Senders to Block in your dashboard (or at least having a unique filter selection for the Dashboard vs. Digest to avoid duplicate emails).
