No – Sender settings in the dashboard and within a Digest are completely separate. For example, you may have the ‘Order Updates & Receipts’ Filter enabled in the dashboard for XYZ brand, and within a Digest you may have ‘Discounts’ and ‘New Stuff!’ Filters enabled. These settings would ensure you receive any order updates and confirmations immediately upon receipt of the email, but that any promotional marketing emails are delayed until your selected Digest delivery date and time. If you wish for a Sender’s emails to ONLY deliver as part of the Digest, simply set that Sender to BLOCK in the dashboard, and add them to a Digest at your desired cadence.
After adding Senders to a Digest, you will be prompted to adjust Sender settings on your dashboard. If you click to do so, you will be redirected to the dashboard with a pre-filter for the newly created Digest Senders. From there you can use the bulk action menu to adjust the dashboard settings.
